We can talk about ethics and character all we want, but it’s moot without good health. Ask anyone who hasn’t survived a stroke or a heart attack. Part of our core character must be the realization that in the long run, health overrides all else, and that our commitment to maintaining good health is as vital as any endeavor.
Thus we have a new feature called The Saturday Sidebar. Every Saturday, I’ll post a message or two that will not stay strictly within the bounds of business, but will focus on health and physical well-being, diet and nutrition, family relationships, and, maybe sometimes, spiritual fulfillment.
Jim Rohn says that if you can’t do five pushups, do one until you can do five. Then do five until you can do ten, and so on. Exercise used to be part of my routine, but I stopped after being hit by a car while riding my bike. It’s time to start again, so I will tell you that I can do five pushups, barely. I’ll let you know when I hit 10 and when I reach 50. Why don’t you pick an exercise goal and let us know how you do.

Great Post
I just got down on the floor, and besides noticing that I need to clean, did five pushups - the last one was tough!
I'm also going to make it to 10 - good luck, and I'll see you at the top!
