Nearly every day, I receive an e-mail motivational message from Vic Conant at nightengale.com. This is what came today:

The quotations are always good, and, surprisingly often, they are timely and pertain to what I’m doing that day. I save the ones I like.
The Learn More link is always useful. The one above offers a link to a Maltz bio and an updated version of his book, Psycho-Cybernetics.
Of course, beneath the quote is a small blurb for Nightingale/Conant, but they are usually worth looking at. There also are links to their home page, a link to e-mail the message, a link to their quotation archive (jackpot!) and a link to leave the list.
