
Use a comfortable and ergonomically correct chair, adjust the armrests and seat height for optimal comfort.
Put photos of family, friends and favorite
places where you can see them often. Print motivational thoughts from your favorite blog and put those up, too.
Walk around when you can, at least every 30 minutes. Don’t use the intercom if you can make the walk quickly. Get your circulation going.
Stand up and stretch leg muscles by rocking back and forth from heel to toe. Stretch your arms behind your head and arch your back.
Turn from your computer and close your eyes for 30 seconds. Look ahead into the distance, down a hall, out a window for 30 seconds. Repeat.
Place your right hand on the edge of your desk then swivel slowly to the left to stretch your pectoral muscles. Do the left arm.
