Talk about your dedicated mothers. Here’s a story about a Maine mom who was arrested for baking laxative cookies for her daughter’s teacher and sent them off to school with her and a couple of her friends.
According to the story, the cookies were given to a teacher with a note that said, "We made these cookies just for you, hope you enjoy them." Apparently four of the other students didn’t read the part about being just for the teacher, because they ate the cookies and got sick.
The mother was arrested after the school principal overheard a couple of students talking about the prank. She pleaded innocent to the charges. The girls were suspended. Way to go, mom.
