
I received a text message on Monday, Memorial Day. One reason it was a miracle is that I don’t have text messaging as part of my service package. The other reason I call it a miracle is that the message was from my cell phone service provider. They barely will talk to me when I’m in their store, no way would they make a special
effort to contact me, especially since my bill is paid up.
The true miracle was the message itself: "We are adding 30 FREE anytime min 2 UR account on UR bill date due 2 a recent service outage. We hope U love every min. Thx…."
Wow! I’m surprised that my cell phone company even knows they had an outage – those have gone unnoticed by them before. That they would admit it is unbelievable. That they would try to make it up to me by adding minutes, that, brothers and sisters, is a true modern-day miracle. Hallelujah!
