Business is pragmatic, not punishment. Take the time to find enjoyment wherever possible. If you're the boss, that means you need to help workers find the fun in their jobs or offer low-cost morale events to inject some fun and reward them for their efforts. You might not want to go as far as everyone watching SpongeBob SquarePants at their desks – although that would bring a lot of laughs to the work place. And, I love the scene in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie where SpongeBob wakes up and is just so eager to get himself up and off to work. Loving a fun job would have to be a good thing for everyone.
