No sooner had I typed the words "family first," when the phone rang. It was my daughter, wanting to play miniature golf. It was 9:30 at night, I was tired, and I still had all this blogging to do. So I said, "sure, I’ll pick you up in 10 minutes."![]()
It’s always good going with the girls, and the golf is almost always fun, but there were some challenges tonight. The group in front of us, four adults, had been drinking. They spent way too long on each hole, and laughed way too loud at everything they did. They cussed and they argued and they made fun and they smoked. One woman, probably 55, took a severe nose dive off the two-foot tall hump on hole seven.
Not an ideal situation for my young ones, but at least it gave me an opportunity to remind the girls why we don't smoke, drink or make fools of ourselves publicly. And I shot three under par. Woo hoo.

lol. really? i thought she looked young, but since she was smoking her face got all wierde. ...creepy. arent you glad you never have to worry about that with me? cause im such a good child?=]
wait you beat me by 8!?!? man. i want a rematch
