I just saw a funny commercial, a bunch of college-age kids at a toga party, going wild, sloshing beverages all over each other. The cops come expecting to break it up, but everyone is drinking water. The 
punch line goes something about drinking water to have more energy.
I agree. Water is always my drink of choice. Except for a little milk once in a while, that's it. No soda pop, no sugary juice drinks. I took one sip of my daughter's pop last night and gagged. I prefer to get my sugar other ways.
