The most delightful thing I've tried in a long time is a peach, but not just any peach, a Summertime White peach. They may be 
slightly smaller than their common yellow cousins, but they are firm and sweet and succulent and taste like you've died and gone to heaven. They are that good.
Generally, I mention the health benefits of the fruits, nuts and veggies featured here. I assume there are excellent healthy rewards to Summertime Whites, but I haven't done the research, so I can't say for sure. And frankly, right now, I don't care. They are just so desirable, so delectable, so satisfying that they must be good for you.
