
I got out of the web design business the same way I got into it – kicking and screaming. I quit because I couldn't keep
up with the technology. I was spending half my work week just reading and figuring out new things. It was fun but frustrating.
Since then, I havent paid much attention to the technology swirling all around me. My cell phone only makes calls. No photos, no movies, just talk. My CD player just plays store-bought discs, no MP3s or any of that stuff. I don't own a DVD player. I know what an iPod is – I saw one once – but have no idea how one works. Satellite radio? Really? I'm told there is a way now to pause live television, but I don't believe it.
