My favorite health and wellness web site is Dr. Mercola. That's where I turn for health news and tips for better living, and a lot of the Saturday Sidebars are taken from there.
Of course, WebMD is an excellent site, offering a variety of tips and tools to help us resolve health issues and answer health-related questions.
My daughter introduced me to WholeHealthMD. The site is "dedicated to providing the best in complementary and alternative medicine." There are five main sections: Healing Centers, Healing Kitchen, Expert Opinions, Reference Library and News & Perspectives.
Healing Kitchen is my favorite section, "Healing Food For The Mind, Body And Soul." Give it a look.

Thank you very much! I like to just look up things I might have eaten during the day and read all the health benefits. It is also neat to look up natural remedies for common problems.
