Here is the 16th of Napoleon Hill’s 17 Principles Of Personal Achievement:
Cooperation - Harmony based on definitive motive, cooperation is the medium through which great personal power may be attained; the willing cooperation and coordination of effort to achieve a specific objective.
A simple illustration. My daughter and son-in-law are moving. Loading the truck, there were many objects I could not lift. There were things my son-in-law, much bigger and stronger, could not lift. But together, the two of us were able to get everything in the truck, except the fridge, the freezer and the washer/dryer combo. Luckily, he was smart enough to rent a dolly, which made our objective not only achievable, but fairly easy. Now, maybe he and I weren't in exact agreement on motive – I secretly wish they weren't moving – but our objective – loading the truck – was met.
