Excuses are pointless and just a waste of time. They don’t help you overcome challenges, and they don’t help you realize what you need to change. Although there are all kinds of things in life that help us avoid personal responsibility, this doesn’t mean we should.
We’ve got to quit blaming other people and other things for our failures in life. We live in an irresponsible world, where many people blame anyone and everyone else for their failures, but these same people don’t hesitate to take the credit for successes.
Are you limiting your potential because you are blaming others or even yourself?
People are suing restaurants because they claim it’s the restaurant’s fault that they are fat. Give me a break! As a society, we need to take a collective breath and say to ourselves, "I am responsible for my own actions and the results of my actions."
